Who we are and what this covers
Berolink (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a house of BERO & CO., building a neural interface for the animals who cannot speak. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you visit berolink.com and contact us through this site.
Our product is in development. If and when we offer a product or application, any information practices specific to it will be described in their own notice — not by this policy.
02
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep this site working.
- Information you give us — when you request our business plan, propose a research collaboration, or otherwise reach out: your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically — only the standard server logs our hosting provider keeps to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address, the time of your visit, the pages you request, and your browser type. We use no analytics and no tracking technologies, and we do not build profiles from this data.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site, and we ask that you not send it to us.
03
How we use your information
We use the information above for a limited set of purposes:
- to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a collaboration, investment, or role;
- to operate, secure, and improve this website;
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
04
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking technologies of any kind.

05

We do not share your information with anyone else.
06

07
How long we keep your information
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our relationship with you, and then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
08
How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your information and to address any issues promptly.
